Waterjet
The bridge-style OMAX 60120 JetMachining® Center is fast and accurate, ideal for a wide range of machining needs, with one of the lowest cost per part in the industry. The large table can cut stock up to 5’ x 10’, creating complex parts out of almost any material. Challenging hard, reflective, and nonconductive materials can also be cut, making the 60120 a valuable addition to existing shop capabilities. Accessories such as the Tilt-A-Jet® for taper-free edges, the 60120 take you quickly from idea to reality.

Micro Welding
We can do a single prototype or entire production in micro welding, tool and die, aerospace, medical or dental.
We run 50 power magnification down to 1/10 of one amp if needed. All wire is certified from .010 to .003 thick. We use a clean-room environment and nothing is touched by human hands.
Tool & Die
Recently, we have been doing a lot of work for the plastic injection mold industry, mostly in the realm of repair work of our clients tools and dies. We can repair your tools to like or better than new and sometimes make them stronger. Additionally, we can guide you into putting a better metal filler to allow the tool to last longer.
Exotic Fabrication
It’s not uncommon to be given unusual projects for fabrication. We enjoy the opportunity to look at your particular needs and always take special care even with unusual projects to maintain our high-quality standards.
Manufacturing
When your welding or tooling needs require supplemental manufacturing, which usually cannot be accomplished in many shops, we can fill your requirements. We can bring in materials from all over the world for your special production needs, such as tungsten carbide from Russia to graphite from Japan.
